Sue Walsh, a Maryland native and graduate of the University of Maryland, brings to the team 15 years of New Homes experience as well as 6+ years of residential Real Estate experience with Long & Foster. Sue relocated to Richmond in 2010 and for the past 7 years has worked in new construction for the largest production builder in Richmond. Sue assisted first-time homebuyers & move-up buyers building their dream home as well as empty nesters finding/building their forever home and everyone in between. Throughout her career, Sue earned numerous awards for outstanding sales performance as well as many customer service awards. She prides herself in creating a positive customer experience, utilizing her expertise, guidance, and attention to detail in serving her customer’s real estate needs. Sue enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets, as well as, traveling- especially to Maine & Nantucket. She has been volunteering & fostering kittens for Richmond Animal League since 2011.
