Born and raised in Richmond, Samantha attended Saint Gertrude High School and later attended Randolph-Macon College in Ashland. She brings over 8 years of sales experience with the last 4 years in new construction, where she worked for one of Richmond’s largest builders. She has an immense product knowledge and experience working in communities all over the Greater Richmond area. Her intense passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their home ownership goals catapulted her success. She was consistently recognized for her outstanding sales performance and received Platinum and Gold Sales Volume Excellence awards each year.
