About Me
Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Katlyn attended VCU where she majored in Fashion Merchandising and Design and quickly fell in love with the city of Richmond. Intrigued by the unique buildings, culture, history, and growth happening downtown, Katlyn knew she found her forever home! For the past 6 years Katlyn worked in sales and purchasing in the golf industry, working at Top 5 Desitination Golf Courses and several major PGA golf tournaments. She now specializes in custom home building and recently won “Rookie of the Year” from the Home Building Association of Richmond. In her free time she enjoys building furniture with her husband (who is a local golf professional), trying new restaurants, hanging out with their English Bulldog, Fenway, and just exploring the beautiful city of Richmond! Her strong background in sales combined with her love and passion for Richmond helps buyers and sellers across Central VA achieve their real estate goals.
