John brings a dozen years of residential construction experience to the team, primarily in the areas of purchasing, estimating, and system/data management for builders across the Southeast. Originally from Richmond, John graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management, and he completed his Real Estate-focused MBA from Longwood University in 2017. John provides operational support throughout the team and its group of builder-partners, and he strives to improve efficiency by implementing clear and repeatable systems and processes. He is an avid sports fan, and tries to attend a few games a year all over the country.
