She is a Chester native and a graduate of Radford University where she majored in Communications and Public Relations. Jaime has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and because of this her ties within the Richmond community are strong. Throughout her professional career, she has always shown talent for customer service and relations. She has striven to be a knowledgeable source of information for her customers, as well as providing an exemplary level of customer service.
