Originally from Yorktown, Va, Ian graduated from Radford University with a degree in Business Management. His career in real estate started in 2003 when he originated and processed loans for a national lender. He loved learning new lending guidelines and fighting appraisals. He received his real estate license in 2004 and eventually recruited into new home construction in 2009 selling for a small custom builder and a large production builder in Richmond. Ian won highest awards in new home construction including coveted Summit, Ace, and Gold. Strong listening skills and industry experience help Ian provide a road map of success in selling or buying a home. Ian is blessed to be a dad with two amazing kids Reese and Tanner. He loves beach trips to the outer banks, sporting events, and time with his wife. He is also a proud dad of two rescue dogs Penny and Bandit.
