With a former background as a CPA, Chad prides himself in having great attention to detail when it comes to contracts, negotiations, and the investment side of real estate. Combined with his love for the Richmond area and passion for working with people, Chad is an amazing asset to the team. Chad has been in the industry for over 4 years, and being a Richmond native gives him an advantage in knowing everything there is to know about the communities throughout Central VA. Chad grew up in the West End, and has lived multiple years in the City of Richmond, and now resides in Midlothian/ North Chesterfield. When Chad isn’t working you can usually find him doing something outside – sporting events, hiking, cooking on my Big Green Egg, or spending any kind of time with his wife, 1 yr old son, and his chocolate lab.
