Living anywhere from Midlothian to the Fan, Manchester to Short Pump, and everywhere in between, Tim has made himself at home in Richmond over the past two decades. After attending Manchester High School and graduating from Longwood University in 2012 with a degree in Communication Studies, he worked as a Sales Representative for a Petroleum company before moving on to the Insurance industry where he specialized in customer service, spending four years as a Customer Service Trainer and another year as a Business Analyst. Since joining The Yeatman Group in 2020, he has been able to use those past experiences to create a strong connection with our clients. He loves engaging with and meeting new people and is always excited when he can help someone find their ideal home. Born in Syracuse, New York, Tim is an avid hockey player and enjoys playing football with friends on the weekends, as well. You can always find him out and about around the Richmond area, especially at a brewery in Scott’s Addition or Lakeside!
