Chuck grew up in Brandermill and attended Clemson University where he majored in Land and Resource Management. After college he joined the Forestry Field selling land and timber and his passion for sales didn’t go unnoticed. Chuck received an invitation to work with a developer in Hampton Roads where he represented 11 different homebuilders. His drive and passion for new home sales shined as he won numerous customer service awards as well as Hampton Roads New Home Sales Person of the Year in 2005. From there, Chuck moved to North Carolina managing waterfront properties and working part-time in Real Estate. Chuck eventually made his way back to the Richmond area where he worked for a regional builder in Sales Management and Marketing for 5 years, helping around 65 families a year buy and build new homes. In his spare time you will most likely find Chuck out in the wilderness as he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, mountain biking, riding horses, and taking long walks with his wife and his 3 kids!
